The Mandate: Source off-market M&E businesses with £1m-£3m in EBITDA, strong management, and high-margin recurring revenue. No distressed purchases.
The Friction: The partner was spending 30+ hours a week "hunting." Their time was consumed by broker calls, filtering unqualified leads, and competing in a saturated market for "good" deals.

Partnership in Action: We became their fully-integrated, outsourced acquisition engine. We systematically mapped the entire target market, initiating conversations with owners not actively for sale.
The Outcome: We sourced a proprietary, off-market opportunity that was a perfect strategic fit within 2 months. The partner acquired the business in 90 days with no auction, at a favourable multiple. We are now running two new campaigns for their next acquisition.

The Mandate: Execute a "roll-up" of small, niche eco companies (£500k-£2m Revenue) that were "too small" for traditional PE but perfect for their platform.
